Tabla is the main percussion instrument used mainly in Hindustani classical Vocal music as well as Carnatic Vocal music. This musical instrument has been greatly influenced by the Arabic and Persian cultures, the name Tabla is derived from the Arabic word Tabla which means drums. I teach tabla from basic to advance level. My teaching is classical performance-oriented.
